I’ll work directly with your CFO and other key stakeholders where needed to ensure we’re building plans on solid foundations and realistic resource assumptions.

- 6 x 90-minute weekly team sessions (maximum 5 team members including CEO/MD)
- Individual team member check-ins between sessions (30 minutes each)
