My work often begins through private equity or lender relationships, but it succeeds because it lands constructively with CEOs and leadership teams. The aim is always the same: to bring clarity, calm, and execution discipline without creating disruption or undermining leadership.

I support CEOs and Managing Directors of PE-backed and lender-backed businesses who are navigating periods of pressure, change, or increased complexity, providing calm, experienced operational support to help them think clearly and move forward with confidence.

I understand the reality of being accountable for results while balancing investor expectations, team dynamics, and operational demands. My work is not about taking control or questioning leadership credibility, but about helping CEOs regain headroom, make confident decisions, and establish a clear, practical path forward.
