Hello, and thank you for visiting our website, I am Trevor Parker, Managing Partner of NorthCo, I am pleased to share our story with you.
At our heart lies a deep understanding of human motivation within operational environments. Since 2012, we have specialised in providing interim leadership at the CEO, CRO, or COO level, offering critical support to private equity, venture capital, family office, and asset-backed firms during pivotal phases of growth and transition.
Our journey began in 1992 when I transitioned from a Senior Royal Marine Commando to a leadership and performance coach for a large UK motor dealer group. My role was to integrate newly acquired businesses and revitalise divisions that had fallen below expectations. Through a mission-focused, people-oriented approach, I was able to significantly boost both morale and performance where others had struggled.
Over the years, I’ve led transformations across industries, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring that strategic goals align with investor expectations and the needs of teams on the ground. My leadership spans growing a business from £15m to £150m, acquiring ten companies across twenty locations, and successfully divesting several businesses.
At NorthCo, we understand that carrying specialist high cost support services on your payroll isn’t always optimal. That’s why we’ve developed a range of operational support services, offering a comprehensive approach to improving efficiency, managing transitions, and accelerating growth.
Our services include support for management teams who are operating in challenging environments, conducting in-depth operational reviews, evaluating cost structures, and specialising in contingency planning to help leadership teams navigate uncertainty. Additionally, we facilitate collaborative planning sessions to ensure strategies are aligned with your business goals.
We believe effective leadership is about more than just direction—it’s about collaboration, adaptability, and execution. Whether stabilising teams or laying the groundwork for long-term leadership, we bring clarity to complex situations, smoothing the path to value creation and long-term success.
Having worked across a diverse range of sectors, we are sector-agnostic and committed to delivering practical solutions that drive sustained success, regardless of the industry.
We know what we are good at and “stick to the knitting”.

Committed to delivering “Premium Support for High-Performance Management Teams”.
In an era where everyone claims to be good at everything, we know what we are good at – and “stick to the knitting.”
We provide a bridge for high-performing management teams, delivering tailored support to enhance productivity, performance, and stability. Whether conducting an independent operational review to uncover opportunities that inform management discussions and improvement planning or facilitating key strategic conversations, we empower management teams to thrive. Our approach ensures they have the guidance and resources needed to drive business initiatives forward with confidence and success.
Our four core services are designed as collaborative processes that offer structured, independent insight—helping management teams refine their thinking, validate their strategies, and bridge the gaps that may limit productivity and performance. Rather than acting as external auditors, we work alongside management as a trusted sounding board, offering an objective perspective that supports their ideas while introducing fresh insights to strengthen decision-making and drive the business forward.
