Hello, and thank you for visiting our website, I am Trevor Parker, Managing Partner of NorthCo, I am pleased to share our story with you.
At our roots lies a deep understanding of human motivation within operational environments.
Northco’s origins trace back to 1992 when I transitioned from Senior Royal Marine Commando to internal leadership and performance improvement coach for a large motor dealer group in the UK.
With extensive front-line operational leadership experience, I embraced the challenge of revitalising a multi-million-pound business division. My mission-focused and people-oriented approach significantly enhanced morale and business performance where others had failed.
Since then, my leadership journey has spanned multiple industries and sectors. I have grown a business from £15m to £150m, led the purchase of ten companies across twenty locations, and divested several companies.
I am proud to have been recognised as one of Yorkshire Business Insider’s Power 100 and a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
Working in and across so may sectors and industries has broadened my skill set, I know how business support services work, from accounts, through marketing and HR and I have worked many front-line operational functions from sales, production and distribution.
