During one of my assignments as a CRO, the idea for NorthCo took root.

The Private Equity partner I worked with struggled to find a commercially astute FD to navigate a particularly challenging financial turnaround. Despite engaging regular recruitment firms, the search proved elusive, and it was clear that a different approach was necessary. And this wasnt an isolated instance, it is an issue I come across frequently during my Interim Assignments.

Recognising the importance of finding the right executive talent during a critical transition, I am often required to step in and leverage my extensive network and industry experience to handpick Interim and Operational Management talent, and it turns out I am quite good at it.

This experience sparked the vision for NorthCo and the NorthCo Interim Network. I have set up a small team of researchers to work alongside me. We are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised service to businesses facing similar challenges and situations
