We hold a network of proven professionals. When a need arises, we will identify relevant candidates, get their agreement, and put their CVs in front of you. There is no charge for this.
If we do not have someone immediately available who fits your requirement, we will go and find them. We will search our wider network at no additional cost.
Where you need us to go further, whether that is a structured search, detailed shortlisting, reference checking, or deeper vetting, we are happy to do that. Dependent on the depth of work involved, there may be a fee. We will always be upfront about that before we proceed.
